Updraft exists to unlock the unique communication potential of every person and every team.

I founded Updraft after 20 years of working as a facilitator, trainer, and leader in environments ranging from community centers to conference rooms to graduate classrooms to U.S. embassies.  In the process, I interacted with thousands of communicators at all levels of professional development, career progression, and communication expertise.  Now I create fully customized experiences designed to take individuals, teams, and organizations from where they are to where they want to be. 

To help teams strengthen collaboration, make better decisions, and build inclusive strategic alignment, I offer comprehensive facilitation services.

When great opportunities or emerging challenges require enhanced communication skills, I deliver purposeful, empowering training and coaching for leaders, individuals, and teams.

We’ll start with a conversation to identify your goals and challenges.  This discovery session will take about 45 minutes, and it’s always free.  Even if we decide not to work together, you’ll come away with a fresh perspective. 

Then I’ll prepare a proposal for solutions tailored to your needs, your strengths, and your definition of success.

After you decide how you want to move forward, I’ll take it from there and design a program customized to meet your communication goals.  I’ll regularly invite your feedback, and always treat our engagement as a partnership.
